Biography

Bryan Brody has been recognized as an "experienced litigator of consumer protection cases in Missouri" by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. 

Since 2007, when he led the Missouri office of a national lemon law firm, Bryan has handled over 1,000 consumer cases. As a result, Bryan is familiar with the business practices of every major vehicle manufacturer in the United States as well as many Missouri car dealerships. He has also brought and/or tried cases under almost every consumer protection statute, including the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act (MMPA), Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act (MMWA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Truth in Lending Act, (TILA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Electronic Funds Transfer Act (EFTA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), Federal Odometer Act (FOA), and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).  

Bryan Brody founded Brody & Cornwell in 2016, where he has continued to focus his practice on consumer law. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Attorneys and the Missouri Association of Consumer Attorneys. 

Bryan was born and raised in St. Louis, and attended Washington University in St. Louis, where he double-majored in earth & planetary science and history. He then went to Tulane Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he was the only student in his class to be on a journal, moot court, and a law clinic at the same time. Besides his law practice, Bryan enjoys the St. Louis Cardinals and St. Louis Blues and playing tennis and racquetball and spending time with his family.
